(2009) Aluisio M. Fonseca; Francisco Jose Q. Monte; Maria da Conceicao F. de Oliveira; Marcos C. de Mattos; Geoffrey A. Cordell; Raimundo Braz-Filho; Telma L.G. Lemos
A series of aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes and ketones was reduced using plant cell preparations from coconut juice, Cocos nucifera, also calledACC (água-de-coco do Ceará).
