dc.description.abstractThe major pests affecting cinnamon include Chilasa clytie L., Sorolopha archimedias Meyr., Acrocercops sp. near telestis Meyr., Popillia complanata Newm., and Singhala helleri Ohs. The minor pests are Sauris sp., Ceroplastes rubens Mask., Apoderus scitulus Walker, and Oecophylla smaragdina F. The nature and extent of damage and biology and seasonal abundance of these pests are discussed.en_US
