Abstract
The simplitid SDStlectrophorais procedure reported here allows application of total b chromatin on the gel. 2. The chromosomal proteins are extraaed directly on the gel. without prior removal of nucleic acids. 3. Either histones or nonhistones can be resolved completely on gels with this procedure.
