The study revealed that nitrogen fertilisation increased leaf concentration of all the elements (N, P, K, Ca and Mg) under trial and reduced the chlorine concentration. It was observed that there was a two way antagonism between the leaf concentration of K and Ca+Mg. Similarly, an antagonism of chlorine on the uptake of potassium was also observed in the present study.enEffect of nutrition on leaf nutrient concentration in oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq)Article
